Nursing station takes shape

This shows the future nursing station in the ER. Eventually a countertop will run under the recessed lighting and soffits. Drywall was started late last week, and already the area looks much more like it will in the finished version.
On another note, Medical Oncology was surveyed (finally) by the state Department of Health last week. A few minor deficiencies were noted, and a plan of correction was sent in. If all goes well, they should be moving into their new digs at the end of the month. Medical Oncology has been housed in the former Childcare department on the third flood since the renovation and expansion began about a year ago.
